FULL REMOTE – IT Helpdesk Support with German – Night shifts Our client, an IT and Engineering Solutions company spanning EMEA and the USA, is looking for dynamic Service Desk individuals to join the international team.
Remote Option: For those based in the Czech Republic, we offer a remote work setup.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices on 1st level.
Resolve software, hardware, and device issues reported by the end users.
Document user issues meticulously in ITSM tool.
Adhere to processes and update knowledge documents.
Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Fluent German and English (written and spoken) communication skills – must have.
Good understanding of Information Technology; trends, products, and solutions.
1+ yearsÂ’ experience in a similar position supporting a variety of technologies and services.
In-depth knowledge of:
Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)
Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications
PC/Laptop hardware
PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers
Mobile devices
Basic knowledge of:
Active Directory
Exchange
Familiarity with the Service Now ticketing system is an advantage.
Candidates have to declare a Criminal record extract not older than 3 months.
