A sign on bonus is being offered to candidates. Sign on bonus in the amount of $5,000 will be paid out over the first 6 months of employment throughout 12 semi-monthly pay periods. Leaving the agency prior to being employed for 6 months will forfeit any remaining sign on bonus amount that has yet to be paid out.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Therapist to join our team, working with our Remote Team!
Position Overview:
As a Therapist at Provident Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals you serve. In this role, you will be able to utilize your expertise and experience to help our clients improve their mental and emotional health.
Our billing and administrative support team is ready to assist you with scheduling, collecting copays, billing and invoicing, and other administrative tasks, helping you prioritize time to help your clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accountabilities
• Provides telehealth counseling to individual, couples, families.
• Evaluates clients from a strength-based and client-focused perspective.
• Complete initial and annual Mental Health Assessments and Treatment Plans with all clients and documents in Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Conducts suicide risk screening on all clients at intake and throughout the treatment process. Engages in Safety Planning for clients at moderate or higher risk of suicide.
• Completes documentation in an accurate and timely manner, in compliance with established agency documentation timelines and standards.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly and annual impact targets for percentage of time spent directly supporting clients.
• Participates in promoting Provident’s mission within the community and creating awareness of the services Provident provides.
• Builds, maintains, and manages a client case load consistent with agency requirements. Effectively manage caseload, as evidenced by ability to accept additional clients, close inactive files in a timely manner, take adequate steps to avoid “client abandonment” and making attempts to re-engage clients.
• Participates and engages in required supervision, staff meetings, and agency-wide meetings.
• Works collaboratively with other departments, providing the best possible service not only to our clients but also our internal customers and colleagues. Participates, as requested, in agency-wide projects, planning, etc.
• Maintains strict adherence to all agency procedures, regulatory standards, and professional ethics.
• Maintain license-specific continuing education credits to remain in good standing in the state of Missouri.
• Routinely administers, scores, and interprets outcome measures to track clinical progress.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability to utilize Evidence Based Treatment Modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, Play Therapy, MI, DBT, EMDR and PCIT.
Work Conditions and Environment
• 100% remote position. Must have a confidential working environment free from distraction, loud noises and other people.
• Work schedule is a 40-hour work week, with work hours falling between 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Sun-Sat. Specific work schedule to be determined in collaboration with supervisor. Typical work hours can vary, with evening hours at least 3 days a week to accommodate prime client appointment times.
• This is a fully remote position. Does not require travel to Provident’s physical locations. Participation in supervision, team meetings, and agency-wide meetings will be remote.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to interact with youth in age-appropriate activities during services (ex. play therapeutic games) from a remote setting.
