Requirements
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup

Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Responsibilities
Provide prompt and efficient customer service to Amazon customers via chat, email, and phone
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem
Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Expedite the correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers
Document all interactions and resolutions in the customer service system
