JOB SUMMARY:
Join our team as a Google Cloud Certificate Connector Engineer where you will be pivotal in managing and troubleshooting the Google Cloud Certificate Connector (GCCC). This role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining the GCCC to ensure secure distribution of certificates and authentication keys from on-premises Certificate Authorities to user devices, leveraging technologies like SCEP and Windows services. This position offers a blend of technical challenges and growth opportunities within a dynamic, supportive team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Install, configure, and maintain Google Cloud Certificate Connector (GCCC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to certificate distribution and authentication processes.
• Integrate GCCC with existing Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol (SCEP) infrastructure.
• Ensure security compliance and manage certificates lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance GCCC functionality and integration with other systems.
• Document procedures and maintain technical documentation for GCCC operations.
• Stay updated with Google Cloud updates and security best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members or clients on GCCC usage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of experience in network security or systems administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and SCEP.
• Strong understanding of Windows services and certificate management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a remote work setting.
