• *Responsibilities:**
1. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
2. Provide accurate information about Disney parks, events, products, and services.

• *Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
2. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Strong command of both verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
5. Reliable high-speed internet connection.
6. Flexible availability that includes weekends, holidays, and possibly evenings.
