Title: Healthcare Branding Project Advisor/Manager
Remote Work: 100% remote, aligned to EST/CST hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Execution:
Rollout and implement brand identity and migration strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, legal, technology, and other stakeholders.
Educate internal and external teams on strategic goals and project implementations.
Project Coordination:
Interface with partners to coordinate brand initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans and dashboards to track progress.
Anticipate, flag, and resolve project barriers.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
Communicate progress, risks, and solutions effectively.
Performance Tracking:
Measure and monitor brand project outcomes.
Ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and enterprise priorities.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Experience:
5+ years in program/project management, marketing, brand strategy, or related fields.
Familiarity with project management tools, dashboards, and methodologies.
SharePoint experience is a bonus.
Strong agency collaboration and problem-solving background.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word).
Experience with project timelines, budgets, and priority management.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication.
Ability to work in a matrixed, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
Relationship-building capabilities across cross-functional teams.
Mindset:
Highly motivated and independent.

Educational Requirement:
