What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Execute high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new Home Health Aides
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures
– Follow up on leads from Health Plans and internal staff to identify potential candidates
– Maintain an active presence at healthcare job fairs and organize open house events
– Utilize the Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential Home Health Aides
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting Home Health Aides in a similar environment
– Candidate must be fluent in Spanish (Bilingual Spanish/English)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and Applicant Tracking Systems
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in home health care or managing home health care services for a loved one
– Ability to provide emergency backfill on shifts as needed (HHA related work)
– High energy and well-spoken demeanor
– Proven ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
