### Key Responsibilities

• **Technical Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows Operating Systems, call center operations, and connectivity challenges.
• **Consultative Approach:** Offer solutions and make recommendations for additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot voice, data, video, and connectivity issues to ensure smooth and seamless customer interactions.
• **Documentation:** Accurately track and document each customer interaction to maintain a comprehensive record of technical issues and resolutions.
• **Collaboration:** Assist and provide backup support to fellow Technical Support Representatives as necessary to ensure complete customer service coverage.
