Elite Bike Tours (EBT) is a veteran-owned company providing exclusive motorcycle tours, including the flagship American Valor Run (AVR), which takes riders on a journey through significant WWII landmarks across Europe. This high-end tour combines history, luxury, and adventure, catering to affluent customers who seek exclusive travel experiences. We are actively looking to partner with luxury travel agencies to market our one-of-a-kind tours to their clientele.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to focus on building relationships with high-end travel agencies, presenting AVR to their clients, and educating these agencies on our streamlined sales funnel system. The successful candidate will guide agencies through what AVR is and the EBT customer booking process and ensure they are set up to receive commission payments, making it easy for them to market and sell AVR to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Agency Outreach: Identify and build relationships with travel agencies specializing in luxury or high-end travel.

AVR Presentation: Effectively present AVR’s unique features and exclusive benefits to potential travel agency partners, explaining the historical and experiential value of the tour.

Sales Funnel Education: Teach agencies how to use EBTÂ’s sales funnel system to manage customer bookings and handle commission payments seamlessly.

Provide Marketing Materials: Ensure agencies have all necessary tools, such as brochures, itineraries, presentations, and digital content, to successfully market AVR.

Relationship Management: Ensure the agency is made aware of the contact information of EBT principals and how to contact for support after than have agreed to sell AVR.

Skills Required:

Sales & Communication: Strong sales or business development experience, with a focus on high-end travel or niche tours.

B2B Sales: Experience with business-to-business sales, particularly in the travel agency space.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to use telephones, computers and Microsoft software products.

Client Training: Experience in training clients or partners to adopt new systems or processes.

Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships in the travel industry.

Presentation & Communication: Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.

Qualifications:

Experience working in sales, business development, or partnerships in the travel industry, with a focus on high-end services.

Comfortable with CRM systems, sales funnels, or digital marketing tools.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Experience training clients or partners on digital systems is a plus
