Position: Facebook Chat Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Engage and assist customers via Facebook Messenger in a warm, friendly manner
Answer questions, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Keep up-to-date with our products/services to provide accurate assistance
Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills (written English)
Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with social media, especially Facebook
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
