What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR assistance
– Manage case workloads effectively to meet service level agreements and productivity goals
– Provide accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries through various contact channels
– Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve processes
– Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support the benefits process from intake to resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 2 years? experience in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared service environment
– Must possess call center experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
– Outstanding customer service and communication skills
– Ability to understand benefit terms and programs
