What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each inquiry is resolved with a high degree of problem-solving and customer focus
– Receive and resolve inquiries related to Disability, Leave, and Accommodation via phone, chat, and email
– Serve as the first point of contact for related inquiries, providing information on case intake, policies, and documentation
– Build trust through empathetic conversations and adjust case management plans based on employee needs
– Collaborate with partner teams to address and improve cross-functional issues and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
– 2-5+ years of experience in a contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent field
– Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information while adhering to strict data privacy standards
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
– Flexibility to support a 24/7 operations schedule
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or internet-based programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 5+ years of experience in call center, customer service, or human resources
– Basic knowledge of US legislation regarding Leaves of Absence and Accommodations
– 1 year of experience in Leave and/or Accommodations management, including case management systems
– Knowledge of US federal and state leave and disability laws
– Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
