Responsibilities
Source, Screen, and Interview Candidates: Utilize various channels to attract and assess potential candidates for high-security clearance positions.
Coordinate Interviews: Facilitate interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers using Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Manage Recruitment Workflows: Maintain candidate information and recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking System software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle Administrative Tasks: Support the recruitment process through data entry, contract packages, and paperwork processing.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to government regulations and security protocols throughout the recruitment process.
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Provide Updates and Reports: Regularly communicate recruitment activities and progress through updates and reports.
Maintain Accuracy: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all administrative tasks and data entry.
Stay Informed: Familiarize yourself with adjudication levels and government security clearance processes.
Work Independently and Collaboratively: Thrive both independently and as part of a remote team, contributing to shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Recruiting.
Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for candidate sourcing.
Experience in conducting background checks.
Familiarity with benefit functions within organizations.
Strong documentation skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping of recruitment processes and candidate details.
Proven experience in managing hiring processes from job posting to onboarding.
Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.
Knowledge of recruiting industry best practices and latest trends.
Experience in volume recruiting, adept at handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems for managing candidate information.
Experience with virtual meeting and interview platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Ability to conduct effective interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess candidate suitability.
