Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction tailored to students’ unique learning needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies.
• Provide targeted support and accommodations to help students achieve their academic and emotional goals.
• Monitor students’ progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure success.
• Participate actively in virtual IEP meetings, contributing to the development of effective intervention strategies.
• Offer guidance and resources to parents and guardians to support their child’s educational journey.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in special education.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Special Education.
• Valid Special Education teaching licensure.
• Strong virtual communication skills.
• A compassionate, patient approach with a dedication to helping students succeed.
