What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
• Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document actions taken
• Utilize product knowledge to address customer inquiries and drive patient adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams and pharmacy representatives to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or an Associate degree minimally required
• 0-1 years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer product)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Knowledge and understanding of the managed care industry
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
