As an Interactive Producer, you will collaborate with internal creative and development teams as well as with stakeholders across Marcom to design and deliver transactional experiences for Retail digital platforms worldwide.
Key Qualifications
You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in digital project management, preferably at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
A successful track record of digital experience innovation and delivery across multiple platforms.
Comfortable with ambiguity and change with an ability to drive clarity around the inputs needed for creative teams to deliver.
Ability to work effectively with creative, development, and cross-functional teams
Excited by refining the smallest details without losing focus on strategic project goals.
A true passion for creative craft and delivering polished digital experiences.
Strong interpersonal skills one on one and in large groups.
Knowledge of common digital collaboration tools & creative software.
An inherent desire to work in a creative and dynamic environment.
Comfortable working on long-term projects, ranging from 6 -18 months, under tight timelines.
Builds effective working relationships with core project team, Executive Assistants and peer level stakeholders
Able to lead smaller projects with minimal supervision and support a lead producer on larger programs of work

DESCRIPTION
Manages all project communications and documentation in a meticulous and timely manner.
Sets up project file organization (including briefs, schedules, reference material, specifications, and legal requirements). Archives project files and assets.
Tracks project progress, responsible for schedule development, maintenance, and communication of status.
Maintains deliverables lists and sets project priorities for team members.
Routes layouts, copy, renderings, and production files for internal review and approval.
Schedules and delivers hand-offs while assuring delivery of appropriate assets to internal teams.
Monitors team morale and keep a positive attitude while going through the challenges of a large projects
Attends cross-functional project meetings as needed to provide and track updates across the project.
Leads team calendaring for team meetings and stakeholder reviews.
