Job Responsibilities
• Assist customers with ticketing and reservations
• Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all airline policies and regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth airport operations
• Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Skills
• Fluency in multiple languages
• Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
