Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to UPS customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that all customers have a positive experience with our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information about UPS products and services.
• Process orders and track shipments.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
