Description
We are looking for a dedicated Teletherapist to provide therapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform. Sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes, and full-time therapists can manage an average caseload of about 30 client sessions per week. We offer part-time opportunities to help you transition to a full-time role if desired. Part-time Teletherapists who can… commit to at least 7 sessions per week are also welcome.
Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions in standard 45-60 minute time blocks.
• Complete thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to identify effective strategies and techniques to support our clients.
• Be an integral part of our supportive and dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
• Must hold a valid LCSW, LPC, or LCP license in Virginia, and be eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. Licenses in multiple states, including Virginia, are encouraged.
• Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
• Strong desire to contribute to a growing organization by providing insights and suggestions to enhance client care.
• Flexibility to commit to growing your caseload.
