What You Will Be Doing:

Rate:
$35 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming chats and emails.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements:
Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to follow instructions precisely.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Contract Length:
No fixed term.
Hours per Week:
Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

This is a fully remote role, open worldwide with a preference for candidates in the United States.
