Responsibilities
• Engage with clients via live chat to provide prompt responses to questions and concerns.
• Assist clients in navigating the firm’s website and available legal services.
• Gather essential information from clients to facilitate effective… consultations.
• Document client interactions clearly and efficiently in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless client service and follow-up.
• Stay updated on our services and legal processes to provide accurate information.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills and an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with live chat systems and customer relationship management software.
• Empathetic approach to client interactions with a genuine desire to assist.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
