We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance through live chat channels. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. As a Live Chat Support… your main objective will be to provide quick and accurate responses to customer queries, resolve issues, and offer solutions. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to provide accurate information and guidance. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions and ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized.

Responsibilities
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through live chat
• Providing accurate information and assistance regarding our products and services
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with efficiency and professionalism
• Escalating complex cases to the appropriate department for further resolution
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding our products, services, and company policies

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
