• Facilitate epic grooming sessions and planning meetings, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and expectations are well-managed.
• Maintain a clear roadmap of epics, dependencies, and milestones, providing visibility into progress and potential roadblocks.
• Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Financial savvy (track the actuals for the spend, forecasting, deviations versus actuals, dig into the numbers and be comfortable with explaining it as needed. Excellent excel skills.
Required Skills And Qualifications
• BachelorÂ’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a Project Manager or similar role within Agile environments with a proven track record of on-time and under budget delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
