Job Description
Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSP) are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Amazon Package Delivery Drivers in Michigan. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are delivered safely and on time. This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including weekends.
As a representative of Amazon, you will be the face of our delivery service, interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and can handle the physical demands of the job.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Load packages into the delivery vehicle
- Drive a delivery van to drop off Amazon packages to customers
- Follow delivery instructions and routes efficiently
- Use handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery information
- Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition
- Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines at all times
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not required
