Description
As a Customer Support Representative at Netflix, you will be the frontline for our subscribers, providing them with assistance and resolving their inquiries. Your goal will be to ensure an outstanding customer experience, maintain high satisfaction levels, and uphold the Netflix brand.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
High-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
Provide information about Netflix services, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Achieve performance targets to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
