Job Description

Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and with empathy
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain a solid understanding of Netflixs service offerings and updates
Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
Participate in continuous training and development sessions
