• Duties*

– Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets

– Identify new market opportunities and potential clients

– Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers

– Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

– Lead project management efforts for business development initiatives

– Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors

– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Requirements*

– Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field

– Strong understanding of customer relationship management and strategic planning

– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, we use Hubspot

– Excellent project management skills

– Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions

– Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
