Skills & experience we’re looking for ?????
• An LLB graduate having 2–4 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, or regulatory liaison roles, preferably in the gaming or fintech industry. | Top Talent in Every Role
• Strong understanding of gaming laws, cyber laws, taxation, and regulatory frameworks in India. | Top Talent in Every Role
• Awareness of data protection and privacy laws. | Top Talent in Every Role
• Familiarity with compliance software tools, MS Office, and other regulatory systems. | Top Talent in Every Role
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and implement corrective measures. | Think Deeply & Exercise Good Judgement

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with regulators, law enforcement agencies, and internal teams. | Top Talent in Every Role

You will ??
• Regulatory Compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact with police departments and other law enforcement agencies, including appearing in front of authorities as required.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Cyber Crime Cell to handle cyber-related issues such as fraud, hacking, and phishing complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable data protection, gaming laws, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor and implement updates on relevant legal and regulatory changes.
• Operational Oversight
• Ensure prompt and effective responses to legal notices, FIRs, or other inquiries from authorities by collaborating with technical teams to retrieve and submit evidence or data.
• Handle KYC, AML, and data protection requirements as mandated by regulators.
• Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, operations, finance, and technology) to ensure compliance across all functions.
• Work with external legal counsel or consultants as needed.
• Update stakeholders on any regulatory changes that impact business operations.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain a repository of all correspondence with authorities and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance reports, regulatory filings, and documentation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
