About Us:
Join our dedicated team within the Oklahoma school district, committed to providing exceptional speech and language services to students from PreK through high school. We foster a collaborative environment with another SLP on staff, ensuring support and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct speech and language services to students in PreK-2, as well as select 3rd-5th grade, middle, and high school classes.
• Work with students utilizing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, particularly in middle school.
• Collaborate with the current SLP who is managing IEP goals and assessments; your focus will primarily be on delivering direct services.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the EdPlan IEP system.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Oklahoma state licensure and ASHA certification preferred.
• Educational/teaching certification through the OK DOE
• Experience working with diverse student populations, including those with AAC needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
