Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and provide necessary information to clients and staff.
• Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management or team leads.

Experience
• Proven experience in an administrative role or as an office clerk is preferred.
• Familiarity with Healthcare policy and other office management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar capacity is advantageous.
