Responsibilities
? Engage with customers via online chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
? Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
? Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
? Document customer interactions in the system accurately for future reference.
? Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
? Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
? Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve processes and services.
? Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and tailored to the customer’s understanding.
Qualifications
? Proven experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.
? Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
? Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
? Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
? Experience in sales or client services is a plus but not required.
? A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
