Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Provide product information and assistance with online purchases
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
– Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Requirements:
– Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
– Strong negotiation skills and ability to think innovatively to solve problems
– Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment
– Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
