Requirements
High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Assist customers with online orders, returns, and account management
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
