Our ideal candidates possess a minimum of two years of online teaching experience and are well-acquainted with resources like Reading Explorer/Great Writing or equivalent Reading/Writing materials.
Qualifications:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Possess a TEFL/CELTA/TESOL or ESL certificate
Requirements:
• Passion for working with students aged 5-18
• Proficient in English
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of ESL teaching experience, particularly with Chinese students (preferred)
• Familiarity with Reading Explorer/Great Writing or equivalent Reading/Writing materials
• Capability to teach creative writing
• Familiarity with materials such as Unlock and Think
Skills:
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in establishing rapport with students
• Patience and empathy in guiding students’ learning journey
• Adaptability to diverse learning styles
