Key Responsibilities…
Personalized Support: Assess each student’s individual needs and create a nurturing, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Effective Instruction: Prepare, deliver, and evaluate classwork to ensure students are meeting their educational goals.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the Class Teacher and Lead Teacher to coordinate and enhance student learning.
Parental Engagement: Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and offer recommendations to support learning at home.
Innovative Tools: Utilize specialized tools and equipment to create a dynamic and stimulating learning experience.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education is required (Master’s Degree preferred).
Certification: Current state certification in Special Education or eligibility to obtain it.
Experience: At least two years of experience in a school setting (virtual experience is a plus).

Additional Information
All contractors are required to obtain general and professional liability insurance before starting the assignment.
Applicants must be comfortable with a 1099 contractor role and will undergo a brief tech screening to ensure proficiency with Wi-Fi, download speeds, and Zoom capabilities.
