Responsibilities:
• Review and audit existing files and folders in our marketing drive
• Organize files into appropriate folders based on category (e.g., images, videos, campaign docs)
• Create a logical folder structure and establish clear naming conventions
• Remove or archive outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary files (with approval)
• Document the new folder structure and provide clear usage guidelines for the team
• Ensure files are properly tagged or categorized for easier searchability (where applicable)
Requirements:
