– Manage outbound calls to/from insurance providers in a call center environment

– Maintain professionalism while being on camera during training and supervision
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 6-12 months of call center experience
– Must be within a commutable distance to Houston, TX for onboarding
– Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume call center environment
– Capability to work in a quiet location with no distractions
– Must be able to appear on camera during training and as required by supervisors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in a medical or healthcare-related call center
– Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
– Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
