What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
– 5-95 years of experience in the financial services industry
– Strong research, organizational, analytical, and problem resolution skills
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline
– Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
– Additional experience in identifying business challenges, gathering information, implementing strategies, leading project delivery, and influencing decision-makers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in Business, Credit, and/or Marketing Analytics
– Lean or Six Sigma Certification
– Customer Service & Contact Center experience
– Knowledge of organizational design and transformation
– Proven ability to navigate ambiguous and unstructured problem sets
