Part-Time Assistant (Hybrid/Remote) – Flexible Schedule
About the Role
WeÂ’re looking for a proactive, organized, and motivated individual to join our team. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote admin work and travel to retail accounts, with a flexible schedule.
The role will consist of 8-10 hours of administrative duties, most of which can be completed remotely, and 9 hours of in person demos at various retail locations.
As a small but rapidly expanding company, weÂ’re committed to creating opportunities for growth within our team. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role if goals are met.
Primary Duties
• Communicate with retail accounts to schedule demos
• Assist General Manager with hiring & training ambassadors
• 3 in-person demo shifts per week (3 hours each)
• Attend weekly virtual meetings with the General Manager.
• Track and organize data for operations and performance metrics.
Requirements
• Due to the nature of this position, applicants must be 21+
• Reliable transportation for travel within the market.
• Smartphone with the ability to stay connected during key hours.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time independently.
• Experience with Excel/Google Spreadsheets and familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suites.
Schedule
• Mondays & Tuesdays: 10am-2pm (remote)
• Fridays: 3pm-6pm (in person)
• Saturdays: 12pm-6pm (in person)
• Flexible: Additional 2 hours of admin work or account visits as needed
• Optional: May split Saturday shift with Thursday if preferred (Thurs 4-7, Sat 12-3)
