Job Description
As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent at Amazon, you will be the frontline of our customer service operations. You will assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly. Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, has excellent communication skills, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work under 4 hours per day
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via call, email, chat, and social media
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and with a professional demeanor
Document customer interactions and transactions
