Working Hours
Evening hours, approximately 4 PM – 9 PM (20-25 hours per week)
Responsibilities
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
– Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved
– Assist with other customer service tasks as needed
– Contribute to team meetings and training sessions
