Job Description
The key responsibilities of this Part-time Payroll Manager role will be:
• You’ll manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
• Keeping up with payroll legislation and regulations
• Act as the main point of contact for any queries or issues that come up.
• You’ll work closely with clients, MRC and other stakeholders to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• You’ll also be responsible for preparing and submitting monthly, weekly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports, auto… enrolment and issuing the appropriate tax forms such as P45’s, P60’s and P11D’s
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-time Payroll Manager should have:
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar payroll/accountancy position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication skills to resolve employee payroll inquiries.
