• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve our products and services.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications

Working Hours
This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours. We expect a commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $15-$20, based on experience and qualifications.
