Essential Functions/Responsibilities
• Manage executive appointments and calendars.
• Organize and manage emails.
• Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
• Handle social media management.
• Create and optimize workflows and processes.
• Conduct research and recommend new technologies.
• Update and manage CRM systems.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurants.
• Assist with project coordination.
• Plan and coordinate events.

Key Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during business hours (Mon-Fri) with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
• Experience in an administrative support role.
• An in-home office setup with a Mac or PC, a webcam, a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB of RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office.
• A fast and reliable internet connection.

Additional Information
• This is a 1099 contractor role.
• Compensation is (18 – )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset, paid monthly based on contracted hours.
• Opportunities for various client engagements are available, though hours or clients cannot be guaranteed.
• Background checks may be required for all applicants before offers are made.
• Participation in E-Verify may be required.
