We are looking for a skilled Freelance AI Specialist to execute a fully automated year-end marketing campaign for Trelleborg Development Group utilizing the Sintra AI platform. This campaign will span multiple channels, including social media, email, blogs, and SEO, with all content created, uploaded, and shared through Sintra AIÂ’s suite of tools. The objective is to grow our follower base by 20,000 by March 1, 2025, while increasing engagement and driving leads for our real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation and Scheduling (Using Soshie):
Instagram and Facebook (6 posts per week):
Informative Posts: Create and schedule weekly posts that provide insights into the real estate market (Monday).
Engagement Posts: Develop interactive polls and questions to engage the audience (Tuesday).
Property Listings and Open Houses: Highlight properties with attractive images and details (Wednesday & Saturday).
Client Testimonials: Share success stories from clients to build credibility (Thursday).
Tips for Buyers and Sellers: Offer actionable advice through video or infographic posts (Friday).
Community Spotlights: Showcase local events or businesses in the area (Sunday).
LinkedIn (4 posts per week):
Professional Insights: Share insights on real estate trends and investments (Monday).
Industry Trends: Summarize industry updates with actionable advice (Wednesday).
Networking Opportunities: Post collaboration and networking opportunities for professionals (Thursday).

Automation: Automate blog publishing for the remainder of the year, including integrating relevant blog content into social media and email campaigns.
SEO Optimization (Using Seomi):
SEO Strategy: Develop and execute an SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, focusing on:
Real estate keywords, location-specific terms, and market-related searches.
Optimizing blogs, social media posts, and web content to improve visibility on search engines.
Keyword Research: Perform keyword research and ensure content aligns with the most searched-for real estate terms.
Performance Monitoring: Use Seomi to track the effectiveness of SEO efforts and make necessary adjustments for improved ranking and lead generation.
Automation:
Ensure all content, whether for social media, email, blogs, or SEO, is set to auto-publish and auto-schedule through the Sintra AI platform for the remainder of the year. The freelancer will also use Soshie for continuous monitoring and optimization of post performance, adjusting as necessary to maximize engagement and follower growth.
Goal:
The campaignÂ’s main objective is to grow our social media followers by 20,000 and generate high-quality leads by March 1, 2025.
Requirements:
Extensive experience using Sintra AI platform and its helpers (Soshie, Emmie, Penn, Seomi).
Strong background in social media marketing, email marketing, blog writing, and SEO, particularly in the real estate sector.
Proven ability to create compelling, optimized content that drives engagement, traffic, and leads.
