What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their inquiries and concerns
– Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues as they arise
– Escalate interactions to supervisors when necessary
– Respond to requests for assistance, including payment processing
– Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
– Must be over 18 years of age
– High School Diploma or GED required
– Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
– Proven oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
– Strong logical problem-solving skills
– Excellent organization and work prioritization abilities
– Experience working in a remote team environment
