Job Description:
The purpose of the bilingual speaking Health Care Customer Service Representatives (CSR) position is to deliver excellent customer care & create sustainable value for customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence.
Job Requirements:
• Handle service & information requests,
• Billing explanations & cost savings advice,
• Explain company policies, procedures along with terms and conditions.
Job Qualifications:
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must reside in California
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Must be able to pass a background screening
