Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner.
• Assist Broward County Transit TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner.
• Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations.
• De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.

Details:
• Start Date: Monday 10/14/24
• PAID Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm EST for 4 weeks
• Shifts available: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 6:00am and 7:00pm. One Weekend day & One weekday OFF (5-Day work week)
• Pay: $15.40/hr plus performance pay
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Salary & Benefits:
The compensation package for this position starts at $15.40/hr plus performance pay if you qualify, as well as a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, employee assistance, matching 401K plan, and an unlimited referral bonus program (Make $$$ for referring your friends to join our team!). This is a W2 Permanent position.
