Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee correspondence, including contracts, recruitment documents, and employee communications.
• Proactively respond to urgent situations, effectively balancing multiple high-priority tasks with minimal oversight.
• Facilitate complex scheduling and calendar management for senior leadership, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director, including business-related and personal tasks, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure the prompt processing and payment of invoices, maintaining financial accuracy.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality across all interactions.
• Assist team members with onboarding, training, and access to necessary resources.
• Conduct bookkeeping activities, such as expense categorization, monthly P&L statement generation, account reconciliation, and collaboration with the CPA.

Required Skills
• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and punctuation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and QuickBooks, along with a foundational knowledge of accounting principles.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to self-manage projects effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset combined with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and document management is advantageous.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an Office Administrator or Executive Assistant.
• A background or interest in financial statement analysis, business valuation, accounting, or finance is desirable.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Compensation And Benefits
• Starting compensation of (20-)25/hour, based on experience, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
• Transition to an annual salary of (55,000 after a 90-day trial period, along with opportunities for bonuses. Many employees in this role have earned over )100,000 annually.
