Remote Position for a Certified Pharmacy Technician

Join our healthcare startup as a dedicated Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician on a 6-month contract. You will support our team under the guidance of the Pharmacist Team Lead and the Head of Operations, focusing on enhancing patient care through proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies for case interventions
• Obtain and record health and contact information
• Schedule appointments and resolve medication-related issues
• Engage with patients to provide support
• Handle inbound customer support requests and prepare correspondence
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary
Qualifications
• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience managing 40-50+ adherence-related calls per day
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time)

• Previous remote work experience
